Cris here.

Equipment You Need to Make Air Fryer Crustless Pizza
- Any kind of air fryer. We have tested this recipe in the Ninja Foodi, a traditional air fryer and using the Mealthy CrispLid you can use on an Instant Pot.
- An air fryer pizza pan or barrel pan. This accessories set has both.
- If using a Foodi or Instant Pot with Mealthy, you will also need the trivet or air crisp basket that came with your unit to set the pan on. In traditional air fryers just place your pan in the basket.
Notes on Air Fryer Crustless Pizza
- This recipe is an air fryer adaptation of our very popular Crock Pot Crustless Pizza.
- We recommend cooking this recipe for 10 minutes and then checking for desired crispness. Add additional minutes to reach preferred crispness level.
- We use Rao’s marinara to cut the carb count in this recipe. You can use any pizza or marinara sauce that fits your diet and budget.
- Use your favorite toppings to customize this recipe into your favorite pizza.
- We like to use our make ahead ground beef to make this dish super easy to throw together. Here are two ways we make it: Crock Pot Make Ahead Ground Beef or Instant Pot Make Ahead Ground Beef. You can also just brown your ground beef in a skillet (or using the Foodi saute feature) ahead of time if preferred.
- If your air fryer does not have a 360 setting, 350 will work.
- All air fryers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own unitand time adjusted as needed.

Could this be made directly in the Ninja Foodi ceramic inner pot vs a smaller pan and placed on a rack? Thank you
