Your challenge
- Reviewing the effectiveness of the internal control system and its ongoing refinement
- Recording internal operational risk events, processing corresponding inquiries and maintaining the database
- Monitoring risk limits for market, liquidity and credit risks and preparing periodic risk reports for senior management
- Analyzing and assessing key controls and supporting line managers as part of Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA)
- Supporting the ongoing development of an integrated risk management framework, including procedures and reporting, in close cooperation with the Group
Your profile
- Professional experience in operational risks and a good understanding of banking processes and internal controls
- Experience in market and/or credit risk, supplemented by comprehensive regulatory knowledge represent advantages
- Quick understanding of complex issues and the ability to perform detailed analyses Excellent communication skills and very good proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Reliable, solution-oriented, and independent way of working as well as assertiveness
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Access/Power BI, with preferred experience in Avaloq
