Thanksgiving Table Decor Idea

We love a subtle color scheme, and thankfully white pumpkins are all the rage these days! They make for a great neutral item to mix and match.

Plus, you can always add a little glam with myDIY sequin pumpkin decorif you’re into that! That said, you don’t have to stick with just pumpkins for a Thanksgiving dinner dining table.

For this setting, wespray-painted gourds to combine with other natural colors for this Thanksgiving tablescape twist. For a pop of color, wecombined it with ablush pink table runnerand cloth napkins to add a touch of upscale to it.

While you might not be used to seeing cacti leaves as part of your traditional Thanksgiving table decor, it definitely feels very appropriate here in Texas!

It also makes for a great pop of green to brighten up the setting as well. When you tie in gold flatware and gold napkin rings, it really feels elevated.

If you’re feeling extra snazzy, you could also whip upthese DIY coastersthat would match this Thanksgiving table perfectly.

Friendsgiving Appetizer Ideas

You can never go wrong with a well-stocked cheese plate on the table. It’s perfect for nibbling until dinner is ready.I also included fresh nuts, parmesan cheese, fresh green beans with ranch dip, cranberries, prunes, and prosciutto-wrapped cheese wedges on ours.

I mixed serving pieces like porcelain appetizer dishes and the marble & acacia wood serving board for the candied apples, veggies and chips, cheese plate, and pumpkin pie serving board.

To match the runner, I also mixed it with my disposable Sugar & Cloth flatware and blushed pink plates.I also love the idea of combining copper cups with gold accents to mix and match the metallics for a warm feel on the table.

I opted not to include placemats for this specific Thanksgiving table setting, but I think these DIY leather placemats are the perfect gender-neutral addition to the table if you want to include some!

Modern Thanksgiving Table Decor Inspiration

For a little Texas twist, I included plenty of gourds, fresh products, pumpkins, and even spray-painted ears of corn combined with cactus leaves for a fun twist on the traditional Thanksgiving tabletop decor.

It still has the perfect not-to-the-season, but with a conversation starter edition, if you will.
